I was challenged to render out disturbing image, without using blood.

I believe that Ive hit that spot.

Modeled in 3ds max 9, rendered with vray, and lots of pp within Photoshop cs3


Anyways, it was challenging to render this out, cuz vray was running out of memory, and increasing something, and decreasing something else, as well as v-ray proxies worked well, but it took too long to shoot out final image. That´s why I only have 800:600 resolution.
